Police in Britain have made ten arrests since the murder of a soldier, Drummer Lee Rigby, 25, outside the Woolwich army barracks (22.5.13).
The two prime suspects, Michael Oluwatobi Adebowale, 22, and Michael Adebolajo, 28, the man who showed bloodied hands on television, were shot at the scene by police and hospitalised.
They were accused of running down the victim with a car, while he was walking, and hacking him to death with a machete and other knives, in the street, before witnesses.
Official British sources said Michael Adebolajo, brought up in the United Kingdom within a Christian family, was known to the security services, and had been suspected of consorting with an Islamist terrorist group in East Africa.
