jane_bio_pic1.jpgJane Schon works part-time in marketing, carries a quality SLR camera to “get the full picture”, and hopes to work for a human rights organisation like Amnesty International. Journalism is “not her first love”, as she performs on stage and dreams of “belting out a Sondheim tune in London’s west End”; but she says writing leads to doing good work in a humanitarian and activist spirit.

rebecca-cox.jpgRebecca Cox is developing a speciality in radio and television journalism, currently working as a researcher for the Channel 7 program, Today Tonight.  She studied architecture in the past and developed an interest in international news during a study exchange program at the University of Florida in 2011. She spends time getting exercise, but achieves popularity when at home, experimenting the kitchen with recipes for desserts.
