Swedish television STV has published images of a ship some four hundred years old found on the Baltic seabed between Sweden and Latvia.
The ship, just under 25 metres in length, has been well preserved in its cold, low-oxygen underwater environment. First located as a wreck in 2003 it’s believed to be a Dutch vessel from the 17th Century, (picture).
