Two French teachers, Monique and Pierre Bertaud, have passed up an easy retirement to spend their time now traveling to work in the desert interior of Burkina Faso, in Africa.
They are bringing the chance of a good education to hundreds in need.

An Australian-first alliance between three of the country’s main universities will expand higher learning in a range of European and Asian languages.
