ec-parrot-site.jpgEUAustralia Online this week emerges from temporary recess to recap the closing stages of 2011.

News, news features and commentary continue on this site into 2012.

Small service that it is, still not a commercial outlet, resources sometimes have to be directed elsewhere and we get into  periods of down-time; but the numbers of loyal readers, users, contributors and correspondents have continued to expand.

Site visits after two full years of operation, at the end of 2008, tallied at 60855 for the year; after another two years it had doubled to 126284 for 2010; this year we have hit the 200000 mark for the first time, already 200911 on Boxing Day 26.12.11 in Australia – half being unique users. (Advanced Web Statistics 6.9, build 1.925, by awstats – geoipfree).

Seasons greetings are extended to all members of the EUAustralia Online family; hoping to hear still more  from you, in 2012.

(Lee Duffield – editor)
